I listen, I learn.
I just wanted to write and tell you I enjoy your show. You give sound advice and your show brings up fun, serious, and entertaining topics. Each time I listen, I learn about something new. I believe that shows such as yours help to increase the general level of humanity, empathy, and community amongst people. Few forums can claim that. So many are divisive or unkind and I think that an open-minded, friendly forum such as yours is a fine idea.
I am in my mid 20's and a newly single woman. I'm going through a divorce where my ex left suddenly after less than a year of marriage. Listening to your show has helped me to give myself reality checks, take responsibility for my actions, and move on. It has challenged me to think about new things and to find the tools to heal from divorce and lead a positive life. Please keep up the good work.
