Dear Dr. Tara,
It is me DeeAnn. I wanted to let you know that my sister Gina is thriving at C.A.R.E. in Palm Beach, Florida! I just spoke with her the other day and she sounds wonderful. We send her photos of her nephew and of course my mom sends her pictures of the Harley man Dalmatian! Gina wouldn’t be alive if it weren’t for the Intervention show and for you! I wanted to personally thank you for being in our home and helping us get Gina into treatment. Gina is such a wonderful girl and we are expecting big things for her. God has a plan for her life and I am so glad that she is looking forward to the future. She told me yesterday that the reason she came back in the house the day of the Intervention was because my husband told her that she was “worth saving”! Boy did he mean it as we all did. You will never look upon the face of someone who God doesn’t care about and love unconditionally. What an amazing Creator we have!
Anyway, I just wanted to let you know how Gina was doing and I wanted to thank you again for coming out to Las Vegas to help us save a temporarily lost girl. Gina is now completing her third week of treatment and we couldn’t be happier for her. I have 3 different church groups praying for my sister and her continued sobriety.
